Have you done a challenge where you are given a program, a fad diet, no support, and a lack of a supportive community? Well, join our upcoming Vida Fitness 6-week challenge and experience the difference. The first thing we want to make clear, the 6-week challenges are to help start or support a lifestyle change or to help maintain the positive steps you already have in place.

This fitness challenge will help you to create habits for the long term in a fun, friendly, supportive community. Fad diets and short-term training plans don’t help you achieve & maintain your goals in the long term.

How long is the challenge and why?

This Vida Fitness Challenge runs for 6 weeks. Why 6 weeks? Adaptations begin to occur following 2 weeks of intensive training, meaning that you will begin to see improvements in just 2 weeks!! It is in this 2-5 week period that we see the most rapid improvements in terms of fitness and strength gains. In week 6 of the program, you will start to notice consistent training habits start to form which will become the norm moving forward.

We know how hard it is to get to the gym during these cold winter mornings and evenings, so as a team the Vida Fitness Family are asking you to join us for our 6 Week Winter Challenge. 

Commit to yourself and others in your fitness community

During the 6 Week Winter Challenge we are challenging you to COMMIT to creating positive habits and lifestyle changes by attending the gym 4 times a week for 6 weeks! This is about being accountable for putting time into yourself and getting to the gym to do a workout planned for you by our amazing team at Vida Fitness.

What is included in my Challenge and what is my commitment?

You will have the ability to follow your program set up for you on our Teambuildr app. Your program will be monitored and updated every two weeks with three weekly sessions planned.

The 4th planned weekly session will be a weekly boxing session on Saturday mornings at 8 am with all the other members of the challenge.

The key is committing to attending the gym 4 times a week for the full 6 weeks. You will need to log your sessions in your Teambuildr app for results and accountability.

Our commitment to you

Our commitment to you is to support you with creating positive lifestyle habits throughout the 6 weeks and driving accountability & consistency.

The overall winner of this Challenge will be the person who shows the greatest consistency and improvement over the 6 weeks. This will be known by logging your sessions in the app, via how much your weight has increased and how much your body has changed over the 6 weeks. If you can accomplish this challenge you will have achieved the goal of consistency and commitment to yourself and will see noticeable changes in your body and your habits.
