The class schedule below lists all our weekly class options. If you are a current member you can log into your membership area and book directly into a class. If you are new to Vida Fitness, you can sign up and join a class.
The sessions below list for the current week. To view upcoming weeks click the arrow to the right of the date at the top of the list.
- Vida FIT – Group Fitness session focusing on circuit based activities.
- Vida BOX – Group boxing and fitness class
- Vida LIFT – Group Fitness class in the Gym. Activities based on resistance, weights and strength training.
- Vida CORE – Pilates-based floor session focusing on mobility & balance.
- Vida 55+ – Group fitness sessions for people aged 55+ Functional movements, mobility & strength
The timetable below also shows the fitness area where the session will take place.
PT Fitness Sessions
Sessions are available seven days a week by appointment. Contact us to book your session/s or you can book an available session directly in the calendar below. You also have the option to request a session and we will back to you asap.
These sessions can be in the Gym, in our boxing room or our outdoor cross-training space.

Vida Fitness uses PTMinder to manage your membership, class and session bookings. Download the APP from your APP store. Once we have processed your membership we will send you log in details to access your account.
