It is with great excitement that Vida Fitness would like to announce that in 2024 we will be partnering with Elite Training & Sports Medicine in the management of the gym and personal training services at the Veneto Club. With this partnership, brings some exciting new developments and plans but it will not change the faces you see. All the same faces in the Vida Fitness team will still be greeting you when you arrive as well as some new team members from Elite.
So we thought we would try and answer any questions you may have.
What changes and new additions will be coming?
- A recovery lounge featuring; Hot and cold Baths, Infrared Suana, a Steamroom, a Cryotherapy Machine, Normatech Recovery Boots and more
- An upgrade to the changerooms on the ground floor of the Basketball court for Gym member usage
- Sports medicine and massage
- A further upgrade to the gym equipment and flooring
- A great variety of Personal Training options
When is this going to happen?
- The recovery lounge will start to be fitted out this side of Christmas with the aim to be open in mid to late January. This will be located on the bottom floor, under the gym in the current space used by the Veneto Federation Room. Access will be via the glass door on the corner of the building.
- The gym upgrades will start in early January with the aim to be completed in two weeks.

Will my current membership change?
- No. Any current membership plans will remain the same.
Who is Elite Training & Sports Medicine?
- The team is led by Sam Kolay, Vince Ozalp, and Mike Varko who deliver a community-based environment where clients of all ages and abilities are welcome to develop their individual fitness journeys alongside professional athletes. Their environment delivers an inspiring and immersive experience – designed to engage a positive state of mind. Elite currently operates from Keilor East and is excited about joining forces on their second location.
